OLD BUSINESS:
— Bake Sale proceeds: $247.00. Motion to allocate toward art supplies. Passed.
— Picture Day scheduled: September 9. [DATA RECOVERED: duplication detected in
enrollment index. Subject count: 25. Verified enrollment: 24. Discrepancy
logged. Archival flag: PENDING.]
— Science Fair recap: three ribbons. Excellent result.
NEW BUSINESS:
— Field trip to Maplewood Nature Center, October 17. Permission slips to go
home this week. [DATA RECOVERED: field trip is mandatory for archive
completion. Attendance required for all 24 subjects. Note: subject_25
will not require a slip.]
— Halloween Parade: October 31, 2:00 PM, Gymnasium.
